1. How do I place an order on Bro Ministry?
Buying your Bro Ministry drip is as easy as ABC:
A. Choose your size and hit āAdd to Cartā
B. Proceed to checkout
C. Confirm your shipping address and complete your payment
Boomāyouāre all set!
2. How do I know if my order went through?
Once your order is placed, youāll get a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your Order ID. Use it to track your order and get real-time updates.
3. What if I forget my password?
No sweat. Click āForgot Passwordā on the login screen. Weāll shoot you a reset link via email. Just follow it and youāre back in action.
4. Can I add more items to an order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, itās locked in. But you can always place a fresh new order for the items you missed.
Shipping & Tracking
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Weāre quick on our feet! Orders are usually processed within 24ā48 hours. After that, delivery timelines depend on where you live:
Metros: 1ā4 days
Rest of India: 4ā7 days
2. Are there any shipping charges?
Nope! Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), thereās a ā¹50 handling feeāthatās non-refundable if you return the items.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, weāll send you your Order ID via email and WhatsApp. Use that to track your order anytime.
4. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Yesābut only if your order hasnāt been shipped yet. Just log into your Bro Ministry account, head to your orders, and click "Change Address."
5. Do you ship across India?
100%! From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, weāve got your back.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Not right now, but weāre working on it. Stay tuned!
7. What if my area is non-serviceable or delivery fails?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times. If all fail, your package comes back to us. Ping us on WhatsApp or call +91 80944 44001 (MonāSat, 9 AMā6 PM) to reschedule delivery.
8. What if payment is deducted but order isnāt placed?
Oof! First, check your bank for the deduction. If itās gone through, share a screenshot and transaction ID with your bank. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or call +91 80944 44001 for help.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
All the good ones:

Returns & Replacement Policy
Cancellations
Changed your mind about your Bro Ministry order? No problem! You can cancel your order before it ships. Simply send a WhatsApp message with the text āHi, cancel orderā to +91 80944 44001. You can also click on "Talk to Agent" to chat with us directly.
Returns & Replacements
Not happy with your Bro Ministry look? Weāve got you covered! You can return or exchange your Bro Ministry purchase within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are free of charge. We want you to love what you ordered!
Easy Returns
For prepaid orders: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method, such as your bank account or credit card.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be sent to your bank account or UPI details (please provide them when requested). The COD handling charge is non-refundable.
Exchanging for Something Else?
If itās more expensive, pay the difference at checkout.
If itās less expensive, weāll issue a gift card for the remaining amount.
Return/Exchange Procedure
Hereās how to return or exchange your Bro Ministry purchase in 6 easy steps (within 7 days of delivery):
- Visit Bro Ministry website
- Log in to your account and go to the āReturn/Exchangeā section.
- Enter the email or phone number used for your order.
- Select the order you want to return or exchange.
- Choose the reason for your return/exchange and click āProceedā.
- Double-check your pickup and shipping details (you can edit them if needed).
Once that's done, weāll take care of everything and ensure a hassle-free experience!

Our exchange policy is currently available only in India.
To approve your return or exchange request, we may ask for photos of the product.

Defective/Damaged Products
