For Prepaid Orders:
We’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method — whether it’s a bank account, credit card, or UPI.
For Cash on Delivery Orders:
You’ll need to share your bank or UPI details for us to process your refund. Please note: the COD charge is non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (within 7 days):

- Enter your registered email or phone number
- Select the order you'd like to return or exchange
- Choose your reason and click Proceed
- Confirm or edit your pickup/shipping address
- That’s it! We’ll handle the rest and keep you posted every step of the way.
